The Dingwall Trust presents “Fresh from the Garden”

The Dingwall Trust is proud to present their cookbook “Fresh from the Garden”, containing a collection of over 70 garden-inspired recipes from the Dingwall Trust commufresh from the gardennity. In August 2015, with the help of L’Oréal NZ, Dingwall established an onsite organic community kitchen garden in association with Garden to Table, a food literacy program targeted at school-aged children, which now sees the children in their care participating in weekly gardening and cooking lessons.

 

“Fresh from the Garden” is inspired by Dingwall’s kitchen garden adventures and contains recipes that use food items that can be sourced from nature, such as vegetables, fruits, eggs or honeyPhoto of Nadia. Dingwall is honoured to have recipe contributors including Nadia Lim, Head chef and Dietician at My Food Bag, and Jason van Dorsten, Executive chef at Café Hanoi. The cookbook has been lovingly illustrated by the children in their care, and is a truly personal piece. 

 

The cookbooks are $30 each with all proceeds raised from the sales supporting the Garden to Table program at Dingwall Trust.
