Celebrating social workers

Dingwall Trust staff took time out today to celebrate Tuesday’s International Social Work Day. We feted our social workers and personal advisors at a shared lunch and acknowledged the amazing work they do in supporting and guiding our children and young people. Here's a cross section of our team who work across management, Dingwall residential and Launch TCI (Transition from Care to Independence).

Dingwall Association Picnic

The weather gods smiled on Dingwall Trust as it hosted the 67th annual Dingwall Association Picnic recently. Dingwall was delighted to welcome dozens of former residents and families, from across the decades, to reconnect with their former home and share stories of the past with the children and young people who currently live here. A formal welcome was followed by a round of friendly sports games between cottages (with former residents joining in), then a BBQ lunch, and finally presentation of the Dingwall Association Shield - this year won jointly by Fraser and Stewart cottages.
