What We OfferDingwall Trust provides a range of services that supports children and young people in need of care. At the heart of all our programmes is the belief that children and young people deserve safe, nurturing and respectful care in order to achieve their highest potential.
Dingwall Trust caters for children and young people up to 18 years of age, who are in need of care and protection away from home.
We provide a home for these children and young people in family-style living, with live-in caregivers and support staff…
The Transition to Adulthood service offers mobile, community based support to young people transitioning from care to independent living, across the Auckland area. This service is youth-led and provides support and advice…
Dingwall Trust began over 70 years ago after David McNair Dingwall bequeathed funds to set up a home for needy children. Today an administration office and six care homes stand on the original site with three additional care homes off-site, but within close proximity to the main facilities.
Dingwall Trust is an approved Child and Family Support Service under Section 396 of the Children, Young Persons and their Families Act 1989.
